Hello. My name is Megan.
When it comes to books, the biggest thing you need to know is that I have been in love with them pretty much as soon as I learned to read and they have been a huge passion of mine ever since. From world-building and developing story to book production and everything in between or surrounding the book world. I am passionate about books!
I got my BA in Creative Writing from the University of Montana and interned for a small hybrid press my senior year. In addition, I have spent the last two years or so working with Ooligan Press at Portland State University where I received my MS in Book Publishing. At that time, I also interned with Kitchen Table Magazine—a local Portland food magazine. I have a special interest in the marketing and DEI aspects of the publishing industry and I plan to spend some time really experiencing that and learning the ropes of the industry while seeing the ways I might be able to help shape it for the better. Eventually, I hope to own my own indie publishing house. Until then, my goal is to help you publish your dream book! Do you have a manuscript ready?
